Pros: Got the chance to play this course today for the first time. A nice little course in the hills of southern NH. Lots of tight wooded holes with well trimmed fairways and a couple of open holes on the back 9. Course is clean and well maintained by the owner. Discraft Chainstars are my favorite basket to putt into and they treated me well on this course.
Cons: Some of the holes seem a bit awkwardly shaped and will have either a LH or RH bias. A couple of curvy tunnels cut for fairways were a little too tight on the curves to realistically give you a chance a making it all the way down the fairway. Lots of short par 3s in the trees doesn't give you many opportunities to pull out your faster discs.
Other Thoughts: Overall, this course is a great addition to the area. Although I like a course to feature a few more open shots, I think they did a great job making the tight woods of New England work.

Looking Good, Fun Course
Pros: Excellent baskets, practice basket, driving net, clear fairways, good distribution of shots, bombs, flicks, finesse, elevation change, teepads are currently being built, some are in. Owner is a good guy, pro shop w/decent selection on site, awesome views.
Cons: Not a lot of negative, for a new course, a ton of work has clearly been done, signage and completed teepads would boost my rating to a 4.
Other Thoughts: I played TOp O' The hill last weekend for a tournament and was pleasantly surprised. Current pictures don't do it justice, this is a well planned out 18 hole course, fairways are cleared, side vegetation removed. A lot of work has been done and continues, I live an hour and a half away and would not hesitate to drive up again to see what improvements have taken place. I like water hazards and OB's, this course does not have that, pro or con depending on personal preferrence. Could probably get away with only bringing a ROc-Buzz, and driver, a lot of shorter technical holes which demand accuracy.

Fun but rough
Pros: The course plays through dense woods with some nice elevation changes. A few holes have steeper hills that add some nice challenges, and many have minor elevation that keeps it interesting. The course is challenging from the longer tees, but offers shorter tees on many holes to offer more reasonable shots for newer players.
There is a good mix of hole lengths, from ace runs to multi-shot par 4s that call for a couple accurate shots through the woods to get near the pin. The fairways have good variety of left and right turning shots. The signs are basic but informative enough with hole layout and distance. The flow is easy to follow other than a little confusion after 12. The baskets are in great shape, and still looked basically new.
Cons: The course is still pretty rough, though there were lots of signs of recent clearing. The woods are dense with lots of thick underbrush, so I can imagine it's a huge job to keep up with. That said, some of the fairways were a bit overgrown and many still have small stumps waiting to trip you up. The tees are a bit rough as well, many showed some signs of erosion and rutting.
Other Thoughts: With a little cleaning and clearing, this course has the potential to be a really fun challenge with harsh but fair punishment for missing your line. Despite the shorter set of tees, beginners will still find this course pretty tight and punitive which could be frustrating to some. More experienced players will find some nice tests here, though it can get a bit repetitive in certain parts of the course.

Pros: spread out, scenic
Cons: fairways need trimmed up...pay to play...
Other Thoughts: this is a decent course, but still way to many trees in the fairways. should be a free course until they finish working on it ... not worth 5 dollars to play ...
