Pros: Cornwall has a nice layout, heavily wooded holes add a challenge to otherwise short distances. Great for beginners, families, a quick round or a confidence booster. I've played here hundreds of times and still enjoy it.
Cons: As has been mentioned, not a lot of distance or elevation.
No signage can confuse first time players, but locals will help out.
Course can get very crowded w/ families, strollers, beginners, dogs, etc... on weekends.

Pros: The course is located in a lovely little, shaded city park with tall evergreens trees everywhere. Although distances are very short, with only one hole longer than 220 feet, the holes are challenging enough to keep it interesting. It's an awesome course for the beginning or youth player. The question is, Can you shoot 10 under? 12 under? I found it to be an absolute delight. It's located just a couple blocks off an I-5 Bellingham exit so that makes for easy access. If you're driving from Seattle to Vancouver, BC, stop and play a couple rounds. It only takes about 30 minutes.
Cons: It's a pitch and putt. There's no holes for those big arm types. There's no water hazards. There's no elevation to speak of. Everyone shoots like a Tiger Woods on this course!
Other Thoughts: It won't be holding any state or national tournies. You wouldn't want it for your home course.....but I'd love to move it across the street from my house.
