Pros: Very clean course since it is also used for ball golf. Longer layout for the second week makes it more of a challenge. Can really let your disc fly due to few early obstacles. Baskets positioned near trees to give you a little work on the approach. People were friendly; parking was easy.
Cons: Single chain portables; only 9 holes; pay-to-play; very limited playing hours; lots of people including groups with many small children; very open; no tee pads.
Other Thoughts: This is set up for a "Family Fun Night of Disc Golf" and I think it meets that purpose. I went around twice using all forehand drives on the first round and all backhand drives on the second. Still made "Pro" par (which is ridiculously high) with at least a deuce on each round. If I lived in Hagerstown, I would probably patronize this occasionally but it is an hour away so I will not be returning. I had a good time but only hole #6 was actually interesting. I enjoyed ripping it on #1 (set at 500 feet).

Cons:
Only open 1830-2030 on the first and third Sundays, and following Mondays, of a month. $3 to play. Shotgun start due to limited time window.
Small, parallel-to-ground blocks mark the natural tee locations, and throwing towards portable, single-chain baskets, make having a map (available online or at the clubhouse) essential.

Other Thoughts:
As you might imagine, creating a disc golf course located on a small, 9=hole ball golf course, is a challenge, Designers did a good job with what was available, primarily the sparse lines of trees separating the fairways, but also including a small, clear creek, and some changes in elevation.
Given the portability of the tees and baskets, the course can/will vary between weekends - only the last two holes from the first weekend are the same the holes for the second weekend:
7/10-11/11 distances: Minimum 146', maximum 326', average 250'
8/7-8/11 distances: Minimum 250', maximum 500', average 360'
With five, free courses of various length and difficulty ~20 miles or less away, it is hard to predict how long this course will be open - always check the webpage (under Links) before heading there to play. First weekend was very successful, with 30+ people showing up each night, from complete novices and families to experienced players.
