Its just that awesome!!
Pros: Challening. lots of 250'-290' holes but the terrain and elevation changes make it remarkably difficult but to shoot under par is easy to achieve for 1000 rated players. 2 par 4's easy to birdie with the right thread shot.
Cons: Teepad on 8. You have to walk back along side the fairway of 7 to get to it. If you have bad knees then dont come play this course, lots of elevation changes. Some of the basket placements on on mossy rocks with no green. Could be a potential slipping hazard in wet conditions.

Awesome
Pros: True test of golf with everything required to learn how to golf.. almost. The scenery is amazing. Baskets are amazing. Tees are excellent. Accuracy is more important than raw distance. If you can throw 400' you can compete with any player in the game.
Cons: The ground isn't clean yet. There are piles of chips and branches here and there. There are small tree stumps from clearing that can take out sandal wearers. Shots can end up in a couple different fairways. The course is very hilly so a disc can fly way past it's intended target, especially with inexperienced players throwing drivers down hills.
Other Thoughts: This is a solid workout. Bring plenty of water. Make your putts or roll-aways can be tough. No bathroom. Pack it in pack it out.

Wow it is great!

Pros: This is now the premiere course in the Inland Empire area of the Pacific Northwest if not the entire Northwest. It is both very tough but very fair. By that I mean there are no give me's and no poke and pray, but you will have to work hard to score well.
There is plenty of parking and a great practice area. The course is spread out over approximately 25 acres which gave it plenty of room so that there are no overlapping fairways and the tee and basket areas should be as safe as can be on a disc golf course. The course has a very good flow to it making it easy to follow with the aid of the "next tee" signs that are placed after every basket to follow to the next. The map is accurate and easy to follow.
The course is very hilly with only 4 fairways that could be called flat. The course is covered with pines, tamarack, and some brush. All used very well to make tunnels and as effective obstacles.
You will need a variety of throws here to play well. Basket 10 was even set up specifically for a tight alley where rollers are the best throw. You are going to throw and putt uphill and downhill. With some of the most interesting pin placements ever. Nearly every fairway will give you at least 2 choices so that either a lefthand or righthand thrower can choose their poison.
Baskets 14, 17, and 18 are top of the world throws with 17a being one of the best ever holes. Putting 17 will be high risk and high reward when in the summer set up. Because of snow both 17 and 15 have alt. pin placements.
The course is the first in the world to get the new Vortex baskets and they are the best I have ever played. No disc going through the chains and they catch very well. Although due to the webbing of the chain they seem to be less forgiving if you place the putt a little high.

Cons: Not a lot to complain about. The tee signs are temporary but will be replaced in the spring with permanent ones.
The only bathroom facilities are the nearest tree and there is no water available.
The only thing that really could be an issue is at number 7 and 8. A very busy rod is nearby and a disc that was turned over could end up going there. So be aware of this.

Other Thoughts: Wow what an experience. I have played some of the best in the country. Three of the top 50 here on this site. One of which is Tyler. This course compares to them very well.
It can be very hot and dry here so bring plenty of water and some munchies.
Wear good shoes. This is NOT sandal friendly terrain. This park has been used by mountain bikers for years and is tough.
As hard as they have worked to put this course in I cannot wait to see the other course they are building here when it is done. It will be called Sekani Gold. The intention is to make a true pro level course on that one.
Don't be surprised if I change this to a 5 when the new tee signs are in and some other things are added that have been planned.
