Pros:

Aesthetic-- Private course. and by private, I mean you need an invite. area is entirely disc golf exclusive save for the few hunters blinds scattered about the property.

Baskets--Arroyo vortex. First generation aluminum baskets. All in great repair with one hanging basket.

Teepads-- generally marked but grass. where there are no markers there are areas that have been leveled that are obvious teepads.

Routing and nav-- not too bad. the next tee is generally not far from the previous basket and the pictures online work as a great reference. 4G service works here btw.

Design/challenge/variety-- although this course isn't very long the challenge factor here is quite high. this is truly a putter/mid course but you had better be accurate with your throws or you will pay!! the design very wisely uses the elevation present on the property to make for a unique experience.

Private atmosphere/welcome-- we were more than welcomed by Ken as we drove up his long winding driveway. He gave us some history of the property and course along with what is yet to come with it. The course was the epitome of quiet and serene when were there... a largish ice storm went through a couple days ago and the snow was crusted with ice which is always fun for "slide aways"

Cons:

a couple but they aren't worth talking about. this place is awesome and couldn't be happier to be permitted to throw here.
