NIce (very) short warm-up 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 3, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

-Useful location, right at the top of the chair
-Useful function: the only warm-up for CB 10-3.
-Not THAT easy, some tricky little shots
-Pleasant little walk with good signage
-Can be played in 10 to 20 minutes while a group gathers.

Cons:

-Longest hole is 120 feet, no chance to warm-up mids.

Other Thoughts:

Not sure this warm-up for '10-3' is really it's own course, but it certainly serves a function. The main course starts right down over 500' with no practice basket. You also might hesitate to huck a bunch of warm-up shots as it could take forever to find them all. So the 'Short' course is your only chance to get ready to play.

That said, it would have really helped to have at least one hole over 150'. As it is, only your putts and short approachs get the work. But it works well for rec players.

Great putting warm up 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jul 31, 2014 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

I thought this course was great fun. The holes are all very short but you do have to throw some different angled shots. Great putting warm up before you play the 18 hole course. Good course for players with young children. The scent of pine is intoxicating!

Cons:

None.

Other Thoughts:

It's not meant for the serious players. It's just a fun course for beginners and families.

Pros:

Very fun and interesting course for kids and adults. Woodsy, with short 80 to130 ft. holes designed to be easier than our long course. Wind and deep vegetation are not a factor on this course. All new M-14 baskets and great signage. Great for practicing your short game. Located at the top of the Red Lady Express lift, it's an out and back course, so you have the options to download the lift after play, or use it as a warmup for the long course.

Cons:

Only 9 holes at this time, but we have plans to expand to 18 in the future.

Other Thoughts:

You have the option of riding the lift to access both of the courses,or hike up.{1/2 hr. to 45min. hike}
