Pros:
With a steep, open, slopes, a section of mid-sized hardwoods criss-crossed by narrow-to-broad paths, two small ponds, and a streamlet, there's a nice blend of natural resources with which to work.
Motivated co-designers Matt and Andrew often tweak the course in order to maximize its potential.
On-site brewery - Milk Stout was my favourite.

Single-chain, portable baskets, a couple set quite low, a couple quite high.

Other Thoughts:
This course plays up/down/across the open space, and into/out-from/thru a small patch of woods, of a small up-n-coming brewery. With no hole over 400' and 2/3rds 300' or less, your control game is what will be challenged here. The wooded holes are not particularly tight, but require a specific window, usually late, to be hit in order to have the birdy opp. Many of the more-open holes have steep down-slopes, requiring a very delicate touch.
Favourite holes: Number-6, from an elevated position, has a pond ~200' away, behind which is a small clearing, with the basket not far from the pond shore. From the tee, branches from the trees "frame" the pond, so you'll need to either go underneath them, or try up-n-over. Number-12, ~400', goes ever so gently upslope through a mixture of hardwoods, with the basket in a slightly elevated position on a small mound of rocks.
Least Favourite: Number-13. The natural tee was short, rocky, and tree-rooted, and bounded on the front and back by the streamlet. Tree branches require the drive to stay low early, but upon exiting the woods, the hill slopes steeply upward.
Navigation: The map is a must, as the tees are only marked by small, in-ground flags, with no other signage, and the course is continuing to evolve. There are a few places where you backtrack or cross other tees.
A fun course worth a visit, especially for beer connoisseurs.
Update 11/18/12: Course is in winter (longer) setup. Roughly 1/3rd of the holes remain unchanged, 1/3rd add considerable length, and 1/3rd are either new or so different from their summer counterpart that they should be considered new. Maps for both winter and summer layouts available under Links.

Pros: Private course with 18 holes(19 in winter) traversing across a rustic farmland and brewery. The course has some dramatic elevation, the most elevation in maryland outside Wisp Ski course. A couple creeping creeks/ natural springs flow through the bottom of the property and two ponds come into play. Three loops of holes back to the brewery each providing more challenge. There is some tee signage. There are an excellent variety of shots from downhill, uphill, sideways, left, right, and straight with some risk vs reward. The course is pretty evenly mixed of mostly open and mostly wooded holes with everything in between. Mixed tees of concrete and natural and some multiple tees. Some holes have multiple pins and baskets. Some baskets have lights for night golf. Practice basket. Pole/net to retrieve discs from pond. Course map and scorecard available inside brewery retail. Hole 1 doubles as a good disc driving range. PDGA weeklies Friday Happy Hour in summer!
Amenities include the Ruhlman Brewery, you can get a tour and beer and listen to concerts every Saturday night in the summer! Also food truck for concerts and tournaments. There is a restroom in the retail building when open Thurs-Sun. Also a small pro shop with discs and shirts in the retail, as well as lost and found. There is clean drinking water available outside the brewery from the water spigot on the driveway side, please be sure to turn it off fully if you use it. Primitive camping maybe available, call/email.

Cons: Natural and some un-level tees which can create some footing issues and is probably the biggest issue people will have here(we will be attempting to level more tees and improve them. Single chained baskets(we will eventually add second set of chains). Some swampy areas around the natural springs and creeks(we have added some more bridging), waterproof hiking shoes recommended. A couple holes play a little close, but nothing bad. In the summer some of the rough can be a bit rough and some poison ivy. Moderate chance of disc loss in pond, but likely to be retrieved. Ticks, wasps, and mosquitoes.
Other Thoughts: My review might be a little biased since I helped design and build the course although I think I'm fairly objective in this review. The course is still a work in progress, so tees/baskets may move around some. I will update the course map and notes as things change. There are some cool safari holes that can be played depending on whether someone is playing on certain holes. In the winter some other sweet alternate tees and basket positions will be available, including the a top of the world tee on hole 19, or top of Carroll County tee at least. Being at the highest elevation in the area the wind can really get whipping especially in the winter and make things quite interesting.
Being a private course, please call/text/email ahead for available playing times other than the normal Brewery hours of Thurs-Sun. There is a resident (Jesse) in the white house next the to the brewery and you are playing right through his yard and by his house, so please be respectful and to the neighbors/family of the brewery as well. Some of them might play with you too or show you around. Also please don't litter or leave cigarette butts on the course, this is farmland.
There is tons of wildlife...in the summer you might be greeted by a slew of butterflies walking to hole 1 behind the brewery. In and around the pond you may find fish, frogs, turtles, snapping turtles, great blue herons, ducks, geese, snakes, chipmunks, groundhogs, and deer. There are sheep on the field behind the property. There are also chickens and dogs on the property by hole 4 and 7 and will likely bark a lot when you arrive and play nearby. On the cell tower there are often giant turkey vultures, hawks, and eagles...nothing like seeing a big raptor with a 6' wing span dive-bomb at your disc!
Arriving to the course follow the driveway staying to the right toward the big cell tower and fields. Parking is very limited up by the brewery, and a few holes play across the road by the building structures. You can park alongside the road anywhere before the bottom of the road, and in the field to the right is the main summer parking lot(yes in the field gully before the first row of trees you see on your right). To start from Hole 1 walk toward the brewery hang a right between the two red buildings and the tee is about 200' out on the mound and at the far end of the mound. The basket is at the bottom of the hill in the summer.
There is another 18 hole course in development at Christmas Tree Park which is just 3.5 miles from Creeping Creek. Also just 5 miles away Liester Park is planning yet another course! The Hampstead/Manchester area is shaping up to be a disc golf destination! Creeping Creek is just 15 miles from Codorus State Park and less than 30 miles from Patapsco State Park.
