Look for the arrows in the ground
Pros: This is a well kept, clean park that has decent elevation. Also there are other amenities here like a swimming pool, playground, and a volleyball pit.
Holes 4 and 5 have alternate pins.
Rounds will play quickly here and a few holes have ACE run potential.
Each hole has a plastic arrow in a circle buried in the ground to guide you to the basket.
Here are my hole observations:
1-slightly downhill shot over the playground
3-moderate length and downhill
4-downhill, has heavy rough on the right upon approach
7-moderate length and uphill
8-short ACE RUN
9-uphill basket behind the pine trees
Cons: Well you start out your round with throwing over the playground, yes you read that right. There is plenty of land here and I just don't see why this is necessary. Please be careful if there are other park goers.
There isn't any signage.
The baskets here are homemade from plastic barrels and chains, with a pole going thru the center. They catch ok if you hit it just right but you might have spit outs so be advised.
Some of the baskets and tees are close together.
Other Thoughts: This is a pretty beginner friendly course in that the threat of losing a disc is pretty slim. It is fairly open so this is a good place to take a beginner to teach them the game.
As far as the baskets are concerned aiming low might help decrease the chance of spit outs.
Overall this isn't a must play course but if you are in the area and need a quick 9 here is another option.
