Pros: Living practically right down the street from this course, I've played it plenty of times. This course allows you to try all shots imaginable. Very short holes, but plenty to get in the way. Very well maintained and every hole is different. Uphill tomahawks, downhill rolls, hyzers, an-hyzers, forehands, you name it. I use every disc off the tees from my long range, to my putter. Some left and right doglegs create headaches for some. A creak with some steep ravines flows right through the middle of this course, reeking havoc on many of the holes. Great for first timers or someone looking to get more accuracy from there midrange shots. One perk is the pin for 18 is located about 20 feet from the parking lot so it makes for a great putting green before a round, especially if your waiting for someone to finish hole 1.
Cons: Short, short, shorter. I think there's only two holes over 200 ft and they are holes 17 and 18. It's easy to lose a disc as there is plenty of woods and lots of holes with huge drop offs behind the pins. Not much signage for holes, but again not really needed as you're only about 100-150 ft. away from the pin off the tee. Course is usually packed on the weekends, and don't try playing it after the rain...you will eat it!
Other Thoughts: If you don't have much time, but still want to get in 18 holes, this is a perfect course. I'm trying to get my 8-yr old son into the game and this is where I take him. Short but challenging holes make for a good lesson.
