Pros: Flat and fairly easy. But challenges your basic shot making and putting skills.

Cons: Baskets please. And gravel or pavement tee boxes would be cool. Probably a little sketchy to play if there's lots of people since the course goes back and forth thru the main part of the park.

Other Thoughts: This place has good potential. Looks like the city came in and cleared a lot of the brush out. Just needs a little help. A great track to learn on.
