Other Thoughts: The par on this course is insane. You could probably knock 1 to 2 strokes per hole off the par and still make it. This is a great little course, and there was no one else around. I also liked the practice basket before hole one. The layout is also very nice. There is great signage and even signs pointing to the next tee, saves a lot of hassle and time.
This course is a bit of a drive for me, but I would say it's worth it. I will definitely come back when I get tired of my home course again.

Pros: Nice clean course that is well maintained. It has camping and fishing right there. This course is great for a weekend because there are many course within an hour of this place. This course is not that challenging but it would bee great for a warm up for some of the other course in the area. Great for beginners even though the fairways are a little tight. Lots of ace opportunities for experienced players. Stay in the fairway and you can have a great round.
Cons: Tall grass and tight fairways. I like the tight fairways but some may not. Gravel tees. This course is also fairly short and straight.

Family Campground Course
Played: 165 Reviewed: 2 Exp: 12 Years
Pros: At a nice campground. Good tee signs and baskets. Some very fun shots. Mowed areas are well maintained.
Cons: Tall grass and brush clearly define the fairway from the rough and will lead to some extra time searching for discs. Fairways are fairly skinny for a family course.
Other Thoughts: Lake has good fishing, beautiful WI northwoods close to the Twin Cities, traditional golf course w/clubhouse/bar, friendly people.
