Pros: All holes easily reachable, good for beginners, good course to practice new shots/discs on, pretty straightforward layout for the most part, no water hazards or risk of losing discs, on site bathroom and close parking (right on hole 1)
Cons: Very easy, can be very, very crouded with large groups during peak hours, not very much variety, lots of ground hog holes.
Other Thoughts: I go to this course to practice putting and a variety of shots. There are so many more challenging, fun courses in the area this course is very easy to ignore (Any disc golf course is worth playing in my opinion though)

 Better options in the area

Pros:
Plays fast with little to no chance of losing a disc. Nice concrete tee boxes and baskets in good condition. Onsite porta-potties are present. Seems like minimal chance of pedestrian interference. A couple efforts have been made to add man-made obstacles to increase the difficulty of the course.
Cons:
Poor signage, most holes have just a simple wooden post that may or may not have the hole number on it, and no distances. Not very interesting visually or from a playability perspective either. Many prairie dog holes, so watch where your step.
Other Thoughts:
This is a very easy course to play and provides little challenge for a player with any experience. There isn't a hole on which a semi-seasoned player should ever take more than a '3'.

My first time through (without a map) I played to basket #6 from tee #8 as that seemed to be the logical flow of the course. You're supposed to follow the walking path from basket #5 to tee #6.

If you want to get a fast round played then Schaefer will suffice, but there are much better courses in the area.

Pros: Easy to find tees. Great course for your dog. Pretty view of the mountains to your west. Easy to find the first tee (right next to the parking lot).
Cons: Short distances to the baskets. Most of the drives are pretty straight with little or no obstructions. Not much elevation changes. It only has 9 holes.
Other Thoughts: Would be nice to have some signs with marked distances. Overall an ok course.

Pros: Quick, short course. Excellent place to practice mid-range and putting shots. Easy to birdie many of the holes.
Cons: Inhabited by a few prairie dog towns, in a wind-prone location.
Other Thoughts: Great for a quick 9 - a pair can run the course in less than 30 min. What the course lacks in distance, it more than makes up for in a variety of obstacle placements and soon to be interesting holes.
