Fun walk through the woods
The biggest pros to this course is the use of trees to force interesting throws. Very few holes had simple straight lines and most of those required hitting a gap. With that said another pro was the fact that while there are lots of trees and bushes to work around...
I played in my first tournament last week and we pleasantly surprised where I ended up. I would say go for it and sign up for the lowest division offered, that way you can see where you stand better.
I'm defiantly one who feels that if they course have been reviewed multiple times there little need for my insight. However BogeyNoMore makes a good point and I may start review courses that have not been reviewed in the last year. With that said I seek out unreviewed courses to play and...
Okay so when I was in college and starting disc golf my lab partner informed me that putters were awesome. I thought "yeah for putts" but I couldn't throw very far so I figured I needed a huge driver so I could at least have fun and get to the basket. Well fast forward and I've read tons of...
Transitioning to minimal
Like the previous poster I'm beginning to use only 4 discs for much the same reason. Tired of caring a large (crunchbox isn't that large but whatever) bag of discs I don't use much. Even when I carried 10-12 different molds I usually always grabbed for one of each...
I second this
I tend to like Web apps because no matter which phone is charged (wife's iPhone or me Android) they work with no download. I tried disc caddy and went back to this. It's just slick and fast on the course. only problem is you can only have 5 players (really only been a problem...

Great Short Course
Beautiful gorgeous little park, variety of shots needed, very well maintained, easy to find way around (tees right next to previous holes).
Fairly short (will comment on later), some holes play very close to each other, probably best if you're the only group on the course/in...
Inside the bag
Guess I could show you what's inside the bag. The discs on the right are my wife's and the ones on my left are mine. I have basically have one long driver (surge ss), two fairway drivers (XL and Leopard, I t-off mostly with them and therefore tend to get mad at one or the...
New Straps
My wife got me some back pack straps for my birthday. I know it's a crunch box but I hate it hitting my side all the time as I walk. They say innova but that's okay, I may not be a lover but I'm not a hater. The bag holds my wife and my discs but I mainly (usually) carry it.
Bring it one, I love learning about this stuff. As a Bio/Chem major I have enough physics and math to understand what you're saying but not enough to figure it out on my one. I can't wait.
So I voted for the Crunch because that's what I have and I love it and can't see anything being better for the amount of money I payed. Also I have also only used a Innova starter also so my experience is limited.
