Oh, damn.. I haven't dye'd in YEARS. Brings back all kinds of memories! Glad to see your still involved Bennett!
Edit - Looking back, I still feel I got jipped on the first year! lol
Sure you can! I only started cutting mine today! (I have been spending alot of time vectorizing though!) Nothin like a little procrastination to get things goin!
Question! :) Has anyone tried painting this black dye on using acetone? With the rit dye this was never possible, but I feel like it might be as this takes alot faster than rit from what I hear.
You can always use contact paper if your not using a plotter. I think it works just as well as vinyl and is super cheap for a roll. I still use it to this day.
Haha, you have NO idea man! I'm "Disc Golf Coordinator" out here in Frisco, CO! O.o Crazy ya!? I've also been kickin off my Nomad Disc Dye's and plan on doin alot of commissions down in Austin, TX over October.. We should bounce around some ideas for that octrowberfest - I was thinkin of...
Haven't been on the internet much, but I've definitely been doin some work (not that its work at ll...!)
Special wedding gift, painted background. (still handcut :P)
This one is unique in that I did it out at the park in about 45 min. total. Do that with ur fancy shmancy plotters! :P
Good find! I've been kind of absent for awhile, but had just ran out of Black Rit. I happened to see a post on the changes and was kinda shocked! Went to wal-mart and bought the last of their 2010 black rit dye!
Really like the colors and the price seems very reasonable for the quality...
Improvised quite a bit, It was for an old thread I had on the forums, Disc Dye Challenge, (you should look it up! some cool stuff in there!) It was a stencil though, hand cut.. but doing the bottom and color was an entirely different challenge
