The 2017 City of Aurora Throw for the Kids is a disc golf charity event to support Play for the Kids, a charity which provides scholarships for kids to play in City of Aurora sports. Event registration will come with a custom designed tournament disc golf disc (Discraft Buzzz) and the participant will have 2 rounds of play (18 holes each round). A "Closest to the Pin" contest and a fun "Island Hole" will be incorporated into the tournament.
There will be two "shotgun start" times participants must be at: 9:00am, and 1:00pm.
Cost: $30
The event will be held at Expo Park (E Exposition Ave, Aurora, CO 80012) April 29th. All proceeds from the event will benefit Play for the Kids.
Age & Division Breakdown:
**All divisions are recreational**
Masters - 40 years and older
Amateur - 15 years to 40 years old
Youth - Those under the age of 14 years old.
Both Masters and Amateur will have Men's and Women's Divisions; Youth will be co-ed.
