Twin Creek DGC, Kersher Park Germantown, Ohio.

November 30th, 2019

Sign ups: 8:00 - 9:00 am ($10 late charge until 9:15, donation:)
Tee Off: 9:30 am

Entry Fee: $40.00 per team for ALL divisions ($10/team goes directly to Diabetes Dayton)
- Pro's payed in cash and Am's pay in H2O bucks to be redeemed from a large selection of disc after the Prizes are awarded.

To make a division..Pro/ Rec/ Intermediate/ Advanced and so on.... there must be a minimum of three teams in that division. (Except for junior, mixed or female)

Ace Pot: $5.00 per Player
50% goes to the ace of that player..if you wish to share it with your partner that is your prerogative and or an agreement with your partner prior to the round..please discuss this with your partner.
( the other 50% goes to Diabetes Dayton)

Mulligans:
$5.00 per player gets that player 6 mulligans to be utilized throughout that player's entire tournament.
YES that is a maximum of 6 mulligans for each player that pays the $5 to use as that player wishes throughout both rounds.
NO mulligans can be shared or used by any other player. Use Em or Loose Em :)
YES the last disc-mulligan- thrown becomes the only viable lie for the player who threw it.
YES all practice throws during a round counts as a mulligan or penalty stroke.
( 100% of mulligans goes to Diabetes Dayton )

50/50 Split the pot Cash drawing
$2.00 for one ticket.
$5.00 for three tickets.
Winner gets 50% of the pot.
The other 50% goes to Diabetes Dayton.

Format: Best Shot Doubles both rounds.

First Round: 27 hole "Black Course"
Second Round: 18 holes "Red Course"

1 hour Lunch Break.

This tournament benefits the Diabetes Dayton summer youth camp
