The course is narrow and tight, emphasizing controlled throws. Conodoguinet Creek and backyards provide OB. Each tee area has signage for suggested flight path, distance to basket, and par. 12 of the holes have multiple pin positions and 4 with longer tee positions. There are also shortened tees (natural turf with a kickboard) for the smaller arms.
