Details: 2013 TCP Singles season is a 10-game regular-season that culminates in a tiered playoff to determine a champion in each division.
Our 4th game of the season is the Chapel Thrill on Saturday, March 24 at UNC and Southern Community.
First round - UNC (Tarheel Tourney layout)
Second round - Southern Community
Registration - 9:00am to 9:30am (UNC - by hole 8)
Players meeting - 9:40am
First round tee off - 10:00am (shotgun start)
Lunch - Brixx Wood Fired Pizza (offered up a CTP prize for a free lunch)
Second round tee off - approximately 2 hours after Round 1 completes (Southern Community).
You get 2 drives/first shots on your starting hole on EACH course - take the best lie (Capt Choice). If your starting hole is a CTP hole, ONLY your FIRST drive counts for the potential CTP. If you ace on your 2nd drive - it counts for the ace pool!
You are able to purchase up to 2 extra-tee shots on the day - tee shots only! The cost for each extra-tee shot is $2, which goes directly to the club. There is no restriction on using extra tee shots on a single course. Treat extra-tee shots as Capt Choice - choose the best lie. If used on a CTP hole, only the first drive will count towards a CTP. Extra tee-shots are eligible for the ace pool.
When OB is only marked by flags and not a line or rope, please use group judgment.
Course specific notes will be posted prior to the event.
