Details: The Waupun Area Recreation Project and Discraft present: The Nightmare in WARPed Woods II: The Waupun Chain Massacre. Wisconsin's only GLOW Ace Race. Saturday, October 18th in Waupun County Park. Two rounds of 20 holes each. Registration will open at 2:00 pm. Player's meeting at 3:30 followed promptly by tee-off of the first 20 holes. We will break between rounds to prep discs for the glow round and grab some grub. Once sunset hits we will have another short meeting and hit the course for 20 holes in the dark. Baskets and tee pads will be illuminated, and glow tape and blacklights will be provided for all players. Cost for the event is $25 dollars, or $20 for players in costume. All players receive a player pack with a custom stamped limited edition Discraft disc. Anyone who presents their WARP Bag Tag gets a special item in their player pack. A campfire prize ceremony/social hour to follow the second round. Everyone is welcome, but you must be 21 to drink alcohol (We will be checking ID's). Custom printed trophy discs designed by our graphic artist and presented by Dynamic Discs will be handed to our winners, and best costume.

Your first round will be played in the tranquil maple forest of Waupun County Park. Breathe the crisp autumn air and and feel the leaves crunch at your feet while you gracefully make 20 ace runs on a fresh, unique layout through the WARP disc golf course. Laugh and cheer with your disc golf brethren as you take in the sights around you, because the daylight can only last so long……

Darkness will fall, and when it does you will have no choice but to navigate the twisted labyrinth that is the WARPed Woods. 20 holes in the darkened silence. They'll keep their distance at first, but they will be watching. Around each bend, behind every tree. There is no light except the baskets to lead you out, but they betray you and lead you back in. You will have to huck your way home. You will beg for someone to wake you, but they will not come. You cannot run. You cannot hide. All you can do is stick the chains. Can you survive the Nightmare?
