Dry as a bone. Some areas could use a trim, but only by the excellent maintenance standard of CFP. Pins are in unrelenting long.

3 sets of concrete tees and 3 pin positions on each hole. Front and Back Nines begin and end at pavilion/restrooms near the amphitheater. Challenging golf with a mix of grassy fairways, water hazards, wooded corridors and elevation set up by gold, blue and white skill-rated concrete tees. Excellent signage. Bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
