From I-540, take exit 53 for AR-170. Turn onto AR-156 and go west. After 4.3 miles, slight right onto Hogeye Rd. In 5.6 miles, as you get to Prairie Grove, turn left onto US-62. After 3.8 miles, turn left onto State Hwy 45. Another 3.4 miles to Cane Hill. Post Office and parking near first tee is on right, near Patterson Rd and College Ave.
