Course is clear; requires small stream crossings,

Very rough off the narrowly mowed fairways, would suggest a spotter for several holes.

Signs near tee 1 indicate the course is for "Community Members and Guests" but the park is not private. Located in a multi-use park with some playground equipment and a dog park.

From Washington: Take I-66 W to exit 57B. Continue on US-50 W for 14.7 miles to a right onto Everfield Dr. Continue straight for 1.6 miles (through two traffic circles) to a right into the park.

Course starts northeast of the small parking lot and begins play downhill across a creek, then back uphill on the other side.
