Description: This is on the Naval Surface Weapons Station in Dahlgren VA. You will need military ID to get on base. Visitors in the vehicle of the person with military ID may be signed in if they have a photo ID.
Course was designed to reuse a ball golf course. Long and open holes with good pin placements. 2 sets of tees on most holes. Hole 2 plays along the water and 3 plays to the middle of a pond on a small causeway that bisects the pond. Hole 7 is a gorgeous signature hole over water to a basket tucked behind a tree, but be advised that if aim for the basket you have to be able to throw ~250-270 feet to clear the water. (There is a shorter bail out shot to the right that puts you farther away from the basket.)
* On the course map and hole descriptions in the Files tab these are mostly correct, but holes 4 and 5 have been redesigned since those were uploaded here. Basket 4 is now perpendicular to the tee pad; hole 4 no longer plays along the fence next to the water.

Local Directions: From I-95 take Hwy 301 north to Dahlgren, right on Dahlgren Road. In through main gate. Take a right on Greenslade Rd just past the firehouse and park at the common house. Course is on your right, Look for the kiosk.
