Description: A unique, championship level course that plays through an old neighborhood where houses have all been demolished. Fairways run through what used to be front and back yards of homes in the 1950's. The only remnants are small sections of landscaping and old driveways.
The course demands shot placement and strategy. Rewards for smart drives, and punishment for missing your line. Must have distance and control to get birdies here.
Carrollton is the premier championship level course in the STL area. It is a must play for those trying to improve their overall game.
Recent improvements include massive concrete teepads and accurate tee signs in 2018, and 5 permanent benches were added on the front 9 in 2019.

Local Directions: From I-270, exit at St. Charles Rock Road and head southeast. Take an immediate left turn to head east on Natural Bridge Rd. Very soon, make a left onto Gallatin Ln (at the Carrollton apartments). Then take a right onto Phelps Dr. Go down a bit, and park along the street (no parking lot). Kiosk sign and Tee #1 is on the right side just before the street curves to the left.
