Description: A 9 hole course nestled in the shadows of Pilot Mountain. Can be challenging if you get off the fairway (new growth trees, briers). Good mix of open (field) fairways, and tight (wooded) fairways. Rutted sand tees, rusty chains, tee posts are numbered, but no diagram or distance.

Take 52 N to Pinnacle exit (129). Left onto Perch Rd. Right onto Stony Ridge Rd. At end of Stony Ridge Rd. cross Shoals Rd. to entrance of Shoals Community Rec. Center. Follow road to the lower Parking Lot. Entrance to disc golf course, located in the corner below the pavilion.

From Mt. Airy:
Take 52 South to Pilot Mountain exit. Slight right onto Hwy. 268. Left onto Shoals Rd. Continue on Shoals Rd. 8-10 miles. Take right into Shoals Community Rec. Center. Follow road to the lower Parking Lot. Entrance to disc golf course, located in the corner below the pavilion.
