All grass, pads, baskets and signs for long and short positions are in good condition. The course is clean and dry and plays well.

Two baskets and tees on each hole. Red baskets are typically shorter and gold (yellow) baskets are typically farther or more difficult. 7 holes (2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 16) also have a shorter green tee (rubber).

Many par 4's & 5's. Blue tees to gold pin positions are believed to be the longest 18 hole course in Florida. Signature hole #16 (856' par 5) has water on both sides of the pins.
