NOW OPEN FOR SUMMER 2023! This is a private, pay-to-play layout on a traditional golf course. $8 first round, $5 second round, $11 per-person, per-round for cart rental.

Enjoy the country club setting of Mount Massive Golf Course as you take in the stunning, panoramic vistas provided by some of Colorado's tallest mountain peaks. The 9 hole disc golf layout follows the traditional golf course with one disc hole on each golf hole, except for hole 9 which is in the woods adjacent to the course.

Check-in with the staff at the pro-shop prior to your round to pay your greens fees and pick up some food and beverage for the course. Make sure you grab a disc golf specific scorecard while you're there as it will show you which golf tees to use for each hole and also be sure to pull up the course map on Udisc for easier navigation.

Access for disc golf begins at 1:00 pm daily. Please do not arrive expecting to play prior to that time. Tee times are not required but feel free to call ahead and confirm that the disc golf course is open for play: 719-486-2176

CARTS ARE AVAILABLE for an additional fee. Please follow all signage while on course and keep carts out of all natural areas.

From Leadville:

In case you need some visual queues in addition to the specific instructions below, please note that you can follow the blue and white directional signs to the golf course from Leadville after turning off of Harrison Avenue/Highway 24, the main downtown drag.

- In Downtown Leadville, from the stoplight at Harrison and 6th Street, turn west onto 6th and proceed nearly 1 mile.
- At the bottom of a hill, you'll reach the "T" intersection of McWethy Drive and 6th Street.
- Turn right (north) onto McWethy Drive.
- When the road splits a short distance later, turn left (west) onto County Road 4 and proceed approximately 3 miles.
- After crossing the railroad tracks and the Arkansas river the road forks three ways near the Sugar Loafin' Campground; Follow the left fork.
- The Mount Massive Golf Course is another 1/4-mile; you can't miss it once you've come this far! Enjoy your round at North America's Highest Golf Course!

From Denver or Summit County (Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne):

- Use I-70 to go west to Copper Mountain.
- Take the Copper Mountain exit onto Highway 91.
- You'll travel over Fremont Pass to Leadville (about 25 minutes). - Once in Leadville, turn right at the stoplight by the Safeway.
- Now travel about 3 miles west on Mountain View Drive.
- At the "T" intersection, there is a "Golf Course" directional sign - there are several more turns, each with a similar white on blue sign. It should only take a few minutes to get here after you make the turn at the Safeway.

From Vail/Avon area:

- Use I-70 to get to the Minturn exit (Minturn is between Vail and Avon, just a couple miles off the interstate).
- After traveling through Minturn, you'll climb over Battle Mountain on the "Top of the Rockies" scenic by-way. It's about 45 minutes to Leadville
- Once you reach Leadville, turn right at the stoplight by the Safeway. - This is Mountain View drive, which you'll follow about 3 miles to a "T" intersection.
- There is a white-on-blue "Golf Course" directional sign at this intersection. there are a couple more turns, each with the same white-on-blue sign. It should only take a few minutes to reach MMGC from the Safeway stoplight.

From Colorado Springs and areas south of Leadville:

- Use highways 24 and/or 285 to get here.
- Get to Buena Vista, and head north on Highway 24.
- As you get near Leadville (about 30 miles from Buena Vista), there is a large sign on the highway directing travelers to make a left turn to the Fish Hatchery and Turquoise Lake. Make that turn!
- Now, after about 1/4 mile, you'll see another sign directing you to turn right to get to Turquoise Lake. The turn is actually past the sign! - Make the turn, and after about a mile you'll see the golf course on your left. Can't miss it now! The Clubhouse is right off the road.
