Beginner friendly course which can be made more difficult and technical by playing the paths as OB. Mix of new concrete tee boxes with some holes utilizing the asphalt path. Good mix of up and down hill shots.

Village parks and rec. carved out fairways in some of the long prairie grass areas as well as creating an island hole (hole #5) with selective mowing. Constant wind can also increase the difficulty level.

Local Directions:

Located in Algonquin Lakes subdivision, there are two entrances to the course.

From Algonquin Road you can take Sandbloom Rd south, turn left on Compton. From there either make first right on Lake Cornish Way and follow winding road to park parking lot on left OR go straight on Compton and turn into Algonquin Lakes Elementary School (2nd lot entrance) and drive through lot around the school to hole #1 on the left.

Subdivision is also accessible off of Algonquin Rd. from High Point Ridge or Compton drive which is the newer light near the gas station at Algonquin Rd. and Lake Cook Rd.
