    Course Conditions as of 3/4/2022
    Course has been mowed relatively recently. A few random boggy spots, but was able to navigate around them. Was my first time playing the course, but it seemed, to be in fairly good condition based on previous reviews.

    Local Directions: From Dallas: I-35E N to exit 334B. Use the right lane to take the TX-121 N ramp to The Colony 8/McKinney 31. Continue for 1.5 miles and take the Carrollton Parkway exit. Merge onto TX-121 (frontage road) and continue for .9 miles to a right onto Carrollton Parkway. Drive for .4 miles to a right onto Sir Ben (the first right after Denton Highway), then take a left onto Dame Carol Way and follow it until it dead ends.

    First tee is located straight out from the cul-de-sac and plays up the hill into the trees.
