Paul McBeth Foundation has installed this course with the goal of creating disc golf opportunities in underserved areas. The course is in the back of the Ray and Joan Kroc / Salvation Army Community Center in Camden, NJ. It is accessed by checking in at the Main Desk of the facility. It is free to play, although as a community center, it accepts donations.
