Pros:
Gravel paths leading to teepads, long-n-wide-flat concrete, with gravel beyond front for comfortable follow-thru
(minor) Elevation changes every hole but last
Cons:
Nary an obstacle to be found
In the unlikely event the course was crowded, there is an abundance of crossover conflict between most holes - FORE would definitely be the word of the day
Other Thoughts:
Course is set in the gently rolling open space located between a current housing development, an in-progess development, and manicured sports fields. Ankle-to-knee high grasses, weeds, flowers, and cacti form the ground cover, but they are so varied, the chance of disc loss is low.
If you have a solid 200-250' game, you should score very well - ace, even. There are no obstacles at all, so throw whatever style you prefer. The minor elevation changes, and basket #'s 2&8 being blind from the tee, are the only challenges - plus whatever wind you may need to cope with.
Easy navigation, as paths partially lead from baskets to tees. Not all tees are oriented directly to the baskets, but if you throw to the most likely candidate, you'll be correct.
Fine for what it is, but not much with which to work.
