Great course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 15, 2022 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

- Teepads are all astroturf
- Baskets are all in good condition
- A good short course with a thin, shallow creek running through to add a little extra

Cons:

- The teepads for holes 2 and 3 do tend to get soggy after rain
- This doesn't affect play much since the course isn't very busy most of the time, but the basket for hole 5 is played again on hole 8, just from the opposite direction.

Other Thoughts:

A fun course, and the naturally windy weather and winding creek running through does give it some challenge.
The creek is shallow and not very wide, so if a disc goes in, chances are, you won't need a retriever of any sort. I was able to just reach in almost every time and pull the disc out with my hand.

A Rivulet Runs Through It 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 1, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

Two tees per hole.

Elevation change most holes.

Cons:

Public walking path in vicinity most holes, with blind basket #2 near it.

Red tees natural, and quite near basket. Half the white tees are natural, the other half astrograss.

Other Thoughts:

Course is set in a long but narrow public park, with a small stream running down the middle, and walking paths up along the sides of the park boundaries.

Navigation: Map is good but needs two corrections. White-3 is down by the stream, behind the Red, and White-8 is also near the rivulet.

Ten holes, but nine baskets, as 5&8 play to the same basket.

Even from the Whites, the holes are short, maybe 250' at the longest.

Minimal shot-shaping, as simply straight will work on most holes, sharp right and moderate right on 2-3 beong the exceptions. Few obstacles, excepting a few trees near the basket on 5&8.

Numbers 6,9,10 throw downslope, with basket-6 sitting on the edge of a mini-cliff, to provide an interesting challenge.

A decent setup, given the small footprint of the course.
