Local Directions:
The easiest way to get to the disc golf course is by parking at Lee Valley White Water Center in the very back behind the center on the right side of the lot. Behind the center you can exit the back gate into River Lee Country Park.
From there follow the footpath to the left and then take the next grass path to your right. The first hole should be just to your left and a little behind you when you hit the open field.
If the white water center is closed there is a public foot path open 24 hours just left (if facing center from the street) of the white water center entrance at the end of their black gate. this path will lead you all the way around the center and you will see the disc golf course map / sign.
