Pros:

If you like your courses flat, mostly open, mostly needing to finish left to various degrees, mostly having obstacles along the left, this is the course for you.

Cons:

If !(you like your courses flat, mostly open, mostly needing to finish left to various degrees, mostly having obstacles along the left), then !(this is the course for you.)

Other Thoughts:

Entry: I approached the unmanned gatehouse/down gate, and as I was reading small print on how to open the gate, it opened - your mileage may vary.

Start: Follow signs for the office. As you near the office, hopefully you notice a pool to your right, a gazebo beyond it, a kids' play-area beyond it, a large, solitary hardwood beyond it. Below this hardwood is the practice basket and tee-1.

Navigation: Primarily plays in a clockwise direction, with some zigzagging, managing to return all the way to the entrance just beyond the 2/3rds mark, and a long walk from basket=16 to tee=17(labelled#8). It appears a re-design happened after the teesigns were made, so be aware of the following, as it was October 2019:
* Holes 1-4, simple enough, although #3 is a hard left - the basket straight ahead in the distance is #6.
* Hole #5 is labelled #15, and it a short, dead-end, tree-avoiding shot
* Hole #'s 6-15 will have the tees labelled as 5-14
* When you are at tee="7", you'll see tee="8" (actually #17) to the right
* Long walk from basket=16 to tee=17. I'd have moved it near the intersection/big rock, to avoid the last bit of the walk.

Holes: Don't let extreme-shorty #1 lull you into a false sense of (distance) security, as there are plenty of long holes here. While a few holes bring a portion of trees into play, holes are on the open side of things, with the (typical) goal of finishing left, but not too far left, where bushes, tall grasses, treelines, and or water await.

It's ... okay. Bagged, but need not a re-visit. Glow/safari options for locals.
