Clean dry and serviceable.

This is a complete redesign from the old Downriver course, playing up and along the bank on the side of the Spokane River. It's beautiful and challenging. Several holes have two tees, and several have two baskets as well. 10 has both 2 teepads and 2 baskets. All the baskets are permanently installed. With there are 23 baskets and 23 teepads spread over the 18 holes providing you with many options.

All dry ponds are played as hazard, boundary lined by stakes. If there is water, after it rains for instance standard OB applies. See tee 16 for one exception.
