multiple times i posted that leak report to the files page and each time an Admin has deleted it. pretty disappointing as it is an appropriate health concern.

it's about time for me to get down there and play so i can leave a new review and get a permanent word in the discussion

The designer has posted comments again on all reviews (except his, imagine that!). They are toned down and really downplay the significance of the sewage leak, but they are not nearly as nasty as before.

Looks like justice prevailed. I wonder if the "designer" was informed about this.

it was 2.5 hrs from reporting to repair. the resident claimed it took place over 2-3 days.

The course update has been changed. It mentions the incident in May but makes it sound like a minor deal that was only a problem for a few hours instead of a leak that lasted 2 1/2 hours and was still a concern for the state six weeks later.

the new layout/new page thing is abused on here. i think it is almost always the case that a new course keeper changes a few things and then wants to be able to say he designed the course and erase all the old reviews so "his" new design can get all the 5s he thinks it deserves. there should be a higher standard and admin review of these things.

i think you could easily make the argument that he shouldn't have course designer privileges for the page since he really didn't design it. it's been nearly the same course for almost a decade.

I tend to agree that a ban is a bit strong, but something to keep him from inflating his course (and harassing honest reviewers) seems to be in order. Not sure how to broach that without causing a major uproar.
