The last few weeks I've been having lucid dreams. No Carlos Castanada flying stuff, but certainly entertaining and the potential for travel seems to be there. Couple times, I've noticed I'm aware that I'm dreaming, wake up in bed, but that's not right either. Something is off, I'm still dreaming and then I either go back into the dream I was aware of or wake up "for real." -----

The best flying I do in a dream is to run, jump, and glide for a bit... Even in a lucid dream. Not sure why I don't fly more than gliding in a lucid dream.

I was lucid dreaming so much at one point that I wanted it to stop. I mean, having a dream just sweep you away into itself is really fun. Having to come up with stuff to do because you're in control of the dream loses that quality of dream rapture. Then again, there is complete lucidity and a half lucidity... When dreaming, so frequently I make changes to elements of the dream in a way that I kinda know it's a dream...more instinctive and less conscious. I make doorways or make the car work or remove obstacles..things like that. If it's a nightmarish dream and I want out of it, I can pull myself out and wake up... As another example of knowing instinctively without knowing consciously.

Do you mean astral travelling..? Or just travelling in the dream like flight? Astral travelling is... Well, it would be a nice thing for me to get better at... I've worked on it a little.
