Thanks martin for the details, I'll look into FB to see if I can find someone. Solitude definitely seems like the can't miss course of the area. Appreciate the feedback.

Hey Martin, I will be in Provo the week from 14-16, I am looking for a guide at solitude? I can drive and meet there to drive back and forth but would love to play a round, I have heard it is impossible to walk to the top from the bottom (and I believe it). Message me if your interested or would like to play anywhere else. Thanks, Scott

Hey I am from Dallas, TX and I may take a trip to Salt Lake City in a couple of months. I was browsing the area courses, and it looks like Creekside is the local favorite. I noticed you are a course guide and was wondering how familiar you were with the various course layouts. The hole details, map, and scorecard aren't totally consistent, which I understand can happen over time. Can you confirm the details below, or know who could? I just want to make sure I know what to look for since it seems to have a learning curve.

    H = hole, T = tees, P = pin locations

    H 1 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 2 - 2 T, 3 P
    H 3 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 3a - 1 T, 2 P
    H 3b - 1 T, 2 P
    H 4 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 5 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 6 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 7 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 8 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 9 - 1 T, 4 P
    H 10 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 11 - 1 T, 2 P
    H 12 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 13 - 2 T, 3 P**
    H 14 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 15 - 2 T, 2 P
    H 16 - 1 T, 3 P
    H 17 - 1 T, 2 P
    H 18 - 1 T, 2 P

**Hole 13 short tee plays to 1 pin, long tee plays to other 2 pins (?)

Ok, just let me know when you start up again, I am not working Thursdays anymore, so I will be there. Also, we are planning on playing your tournament, it will be the 12th of May, right?

How many guys are showing up on Thursdays? What time do you start? For some reason I didn't think you guys were doing doubles right now.

Yeah, Eky8 dyed that for me. It's a 164 tl. I've been throwing tl's a lot lately. He also did a couple of cool Avalanche discs for me for Andy's birthday. Have you seen those?

yeah i had to "google earth", and "yahoo maps", the course to get an overview of where the course was in the 1st place. even then the first time i drove up there it wasnt easy to find. you can get to the university of utah easy enough, just getting to the course proper is tough. TRAX has a line that dead ends right there above the course on campus, so you can backdoor the position of the course by getting a TRAX line map that shows the rail lines where its ends on the u of u campus. it should be available on line.... i just looked at the rideuta.com and the university line route map for trax and it didnt really show much by way of what it looks like or even help with finding the course. all i can say is that the course is below the end of the TRAX univ. route line which is below the primary childrens medical hospital on campus. the first time we went there we ended up on the third teepad and started there instead of backtracking.

Hey, I saw that you recently reviewed the course at The University of Utah. I am planning on stopping by with a friend of mine who has played DG just a couple of times before. I am trying to figure out where the first tee is exactly and/or if it will be hard to find based on the directions that seem less than helpful. Thanks in advance for any information that you can give me!
