I've just done a bit of a post resurrection over on DGR on a thread that may interest you - it came from a golf coach who was trying to come up with the same 5 keys to a good golf swing that exists in golf for Disc Golf, it kinda died in flames of *****ing a couple of years ago but was an interesting concept and I think some of the things we have been discussing recently on here would be some of these keys - hand on the outside, closed shoulders to the power pocket etc, it's the looking for commonalities across all forms that I like the idea of to nail down and say - yeah ok I can teach someone that bit or find a drill for that bit - http://www.discgolfreview.com/forums...d53d803d276b9f
