What lady speed stick? I just recently retooled and hit the practice field with mids and putters. Stopping the arm pit throw, reaching futher back, and stopping the wrist curl was so hard for me to get right. I'm finally reaching 300 ft tho!!!

today i was helping my buddy clear brush from his yard.
about 1/2 way thru we were working on this vine in the fence line. i was pulling on it while he cut. all of a sudden it dawned on me...
i was doing your door jam drill while doing yard work. i laughed about that for an hour.
