Thanks for the kind words. I do think it's important to work from within for change. I spent several years volunteering in youth sports, on the city's trails committee and then the parks and rec commission before I proposed a disc golf course for the city. By that time I had earned enough respect that people would listen to what I had to say. We installed our first course in February, the next one is being installed in a new park currently being built that will open next summer and then there will be a third after that. I didn't happen overnight, but it is happening.
