New league

Iím in the process of starting a disc golf league at my local course. We just got done with a 10 week A/B doubles league. We averaged between 10-14 players each time. Curious to ask if anyone has ever incorporated a C division. We have a lot of Bs and newer players. I am 869 rated and play A. Iím looking for ideas to help improve fairness and help grow the club. Doing specific division ctps, etc...any ideas would help. Thanks.

My solo league had A, B, C divisions back when it was 30+ members. Now it's down to A and B with about 20 members, of which maybe half are really active. This league has gone down from 64 in '14 to 20ish now. I suspect it will shrink even more in '20, though I hope not. I played C the first 2 years, then was moved up to B, before floating the border between the 2 for a year, then was moved up to A this year. I'm 871 rated with a rating of 885 between 2 rounds at our main course. I'd say if the league doesn't go over 25 members or a stroke difference bigger than 10, A and B divisions should be fine.
