i know youre all about the spin what did you throw before the spin

I waited patiently... Comet kind of but it doesn't turn tight enough on an anny for short shots, used a soft proton Anode too. Beat Tangent but it tended to lose height rather than pan an anny. Can't part with the spin for annys but using an electron soft Envy for flip to straight zero fade. I'd imagine an electron Anode or Atom might work too, but I haven't thrown em.

The Vertex is a solid disc very similar to the Spin at 174ish just turns easy but not too much from a flat throw. It turns faster than my beat FR ESP Comet. At 178g it's closer in flight and better than a beautifully beat Tangent (170) gives it a manageable turn and a touch of late stability.

Love my proton 165 Spin for beat Aviar feel, flies straight to 170' from a flat throw. The electron 165 turns from flat right out of the box even at 150' kind of meh for me. Absolutely detest my 174 electron Spin just goofy, bad proportion of turn to LSS and less predictable.

I might be crazy but I think the Streamline Electron is a bit different. It will deform on bad tree/basket hits and will chunk a little like the regular MVP electron but not as bad, imo. Tbh though, I never really threw the Pilot much for any kind of distance, just putt/approach with them out to 80-100ft. They are also a bit cheaper than MVP/Axiom electron because they don't have to mold them twice.

The Tui is made by RPM discs out of New Zealand. These have been around for over a decade, just never big in America . Very boutique plastics, the Atomic plastic is some where between Plasma and Neutron, sorta like the proto plasma runs.

One of the guys I play with says the top looks and feels like an old school Aero; I have never handled an Aero, so I cannot vouch for that. It's beaded though. To me it feels like a slim line Wizard as it has the Wizard style bead.

Aero top, Wizard bottom. Lots of lift and glide without being super flippy. The only downside is its like a Comet, it does not handle OAT.
