Thats ok, I have 3 or 4 backups off all my DM stuff... I am just trying to resist bankruptcy trying everything I want to try.

crater77 02-23-2016 10:04 PM

Love discmania it's the only plastic I own and I'm more than happy to support the team but $24 for a midrange? What's up with that? MCBE4ST sig discs don't even touch that price. What gives?

Cause it's glow. And they're probably almost gone anyway!

DinosaurThunder 02-24-2016 06:34 AM

Discmania has always been firm on the 19.99 tour support price. Glow just costs more to produce, hence the 4.99 markup.

Pauls Nova sells at 17.00 and his Aviars are baseline plastic.

Now that s-line CD2 is a thing and I have loved how MF FD3s turned out, my wish list has slightly changed.

- Green D-line and Green x-line P2s with a white stamp (darker like forest green)

- S-line FD2

- swirly mini Huk s-line DDs

-MF MD3, FD, PD2, FD2

- xout s-line cd2 and G-line DDs so I don't go broke 😂

DinosaurThunder 02-24-2016 06:35 AM

Oh! And copper stamps on every mold! I had to resist the urge on the eagle md3 with the copper stamps, such a sick color!

Thank You! We think our fans are the best!

I know a thing or two about discmania :p

ill4mation 02-28-2016 04:17 PM

Please tell me s cd2s will be regular production.

hendryxdisc 02-29-2016 04:46 PM

Love the cd2, an s-cd2 would be great for anny/rollers. My most beat c-cd2 almost will almost hold a turn all the way to the ground from a hyzer flip. But it's been thrown for a long time, having a less stable replacement would be sweet! Also wondering if there are any accessible flat top c-line md2? Found some sweet x-out flattops but I lost one and would love back ups.

crater77 03-01-2016 07:26 PM

When does the DDX release? I'm getting antsy I want some time with it before tournamnets begin

Well, I'm still waiting for X Line putters, and now it's getting warm so... :(

FightingTheTide 03-02-2016 09:19 AM

I have a 1st run S P2 with "DMPUTTER" inked in small letters on the bottom of the flight plate. Is this something that was done in the factory? Just curious.

Random comment...the trucker hats for dgwt are awesome and I'm buying one...but how bout replace that logo with the sheild and sell them for a decent price ! I'd love to have 1 or 2 like that

Ericf 03-02-2016 10:31 PM

Hey that P2 looks familiar

Wouldn't doubt it's something my local store does to all discs. I've seen it on a bunch of discs I have got from there.

Interesting. Never seen/heard of a store doing that. I thought maybe I had one of the originals on my hands...but I knew it was a long shot.

I would order a black and red DM trucker hat!

rallyguy 03-03-2016 12:55 PM

D line P1x on the disc nation fore day sale if anyone is looking.

crd 81 03-04-2016 05:04 PM

Have any of you all found overlap between the TD and CD2?

No not really. The TD is lazer beam straight while the cd2 is more stable near the end of the flight

Thanks for the feedback. The reason that I ask is that the CTD that I threw a while back reminded me of the CD2 that I got recently. Maybe the differences show up in the different plastics.

A part of me thinks there is enough overlap between the two that I can carry one and not the other and just cover the other shots I may need by getting them in different plastics.

crater77 03-05-2016 06:20 PM

When will we see d-line fd back in stock?

It really does depend on plastics and variations in PLH.

1st run C CD2s would overlap with the more overstable S and C TD's
2nd run C CD2s would overlap with the stable (straight) S and C TD's
S CD2s would overlap with the more understable S and C TD's

FightingTheTide 03-05-2016 06:25 PM

How about an S or C P1x?

Or a P2x? (vtech bottom, blunt P2 profile, bead)

bogeyfreetilinfinity 03-05-2016 07:24 PM

And stop raising the prices of your discs

Yes! Someone else wants a P2x!

And before anyone says that DX BB Aviars exist, they aren't stock. So :p
And I don't want millenium, I wand DiscMania

Cool, glad I'm not the only one!

I'd love a C P2x for an overstable driving putter.

D and P P1x's are so nice off the tee for dead straight and line-holding. Also great for turnovers once you beat one in.

I have no less than a dozen beat in P1x from constant use. When putting, upshots and drives, one round it made up 71% of my throws. SP2 made up a lot of the extra

I really like S Line, but a premium for driving and cycle D line for putting. Love that bead.

Ditto on the bead. It gives me better grip/feel with putts. I would expect the same on drives.

I noticed Macbeth p2s went from 19.99 to 21.99 in the last week. I got 7 but may get 2 more before they get gone.

crater77 03-06-2016 08:29 AM

What gives with the price hike? I was going to buy a bunch of d-line p2 and noticed they are now 9.99 each. I'd rather buy from discmania but I can get that same disc from my local Pias for 7.99 or even cheaper at infinite discs.

LADamon 03-06-2016 03:39 PM

Can we all agree that 120 for the DGWT Hoodie is ridiculous.

bogeyfreetilinfinity 03-06-2016 04:28 PM

Showing up to a random weekly league while travelling and having people think you were on the world disc golf tour only to miss multiple twenty footers and max out at 275 on drives: Priceless.

Pro plastic is 50% more expensive then other sellers.

You can find P line P2's for $10.99 (with great or even free shipping rates) on other online stores compared to the $14.99 (plus $7-$11 shipping) at discmania online store.

I really don't mind paying a little more at local brick and mortar DG stores, or places like discmania online store to support people who I like, but it's hard to open my wallet for 50+% higher prices :(

I understand DGU has similar pricing but they also have $3.95 flat rate shipping.

clard 03-07-2016 09:57 AM

Free shipping maybe? Somethings gotta give.

I don't know.... My wallet made my decision last week :( I was planning to buy 6 P line P2 then realized at checkout it was $14.99 each and something like $13.00 shipping to about $93.00

I ended up going with hyzer farm $9.99 and $5.00 flat rate shipping at $65.00

I love discmania but can justify playing near 50% more :( through the discmania web store.

superium 03-07-2016 10:25 AM

So back on topic, when will the DDX be available? If it won't be released until May, that's kinda late to get comfortable enough with a disc to throw in tournaments.

fasteddie 03-07-2016 10:37 AM

Price hike is a bit off putting...
