I feel as if a d line MD will beat in too fast to be utilized by the majority of players. On the other hand a D line MD3/4 would be amazing. A nice out of the box understable mid in premium plastic could be a solid addition to the Discmania lineup.

Dd’3
Is there a release date for stock stamp dd3s
I’d rather buy a stack of 5 than pay 120 for one |
I really want more D-Line mids...I want to cycle MD4s or MD3s in D-Line.
S-Line MD4 D-Line MD4 D-Line MD3 |
I really hope they put out some more CD's before spring. Supply seems to be getting low. It would be nice to see one in some different plastics. Maybe C line, Luster, or a Metal Flake.

I think Eagle mentioned something vague like "sometime in Jan or Feb" in one of his live videos but I'm curious if someone from DM can shed any more light. |
Jussi posted on Facebook in the Discmania Collectors and Throwers Group stating DD3's would be released in April.

I meant to suggest that the CD is more like the TD than the PD. Not that it was going away... |
D line md4 or different p blend. I’ve cycled several this year and they develop turn, but the plastic is as slick as day one. No grip improvements with seasoning, and even worse as it’s colder now. Not worth it to me. I’d rather see S or D line

I would be terribly upset if the CD were to go OOP. The CD is the disc that made me fall in love with Discmania and basically switch my entire bag over to Discmania. Like Jenga said, as someone who is a 280-320' thrower, the CD and PD are entirely different discs for me. My CD gives me a nice little S flight, and a soft gentle fade every time, give me a nice straight line. However, the PD for me is a straight flyer (no flex) with a harder dump at the end. I know that my PD will always go left for me. It's a disc I use when I need the CD's distance, but I need the disc to fight the wind and go left for me (RHBH). One thing that I've always felt DM lacked in their lineup is US molds. For my power, the CD has a perfect amount of understability to give me distance, some flex, but to not turn over on me. |

Way rather have Star than Driver Pro |

Not a huge fan of star, but its better than stiff P-Line. Pro plastic is my jam though.

I heard they will be making C line Gremlins and that is why Eagle and Simon are so excited in the video.

doesn't seem like a disc release. Jussi thinks big. Very big. Did the DGWT - the money wasn't there to do it as big as he wanted so humbly held off instead of pushing it. Sounds like us dealers helped them make some good money last year, I'm betting Jussi has more big plans. |
Opening a factory and molding their own discs independent of Innova's inconsistencies would qualify.

What would be the difference we would see when and if DM produced their own discs? Same molds, right? More availability?
|
I'm willing to bet it's them producing their own discs now, and that the CFR beadless GM I lamented for in another thread a week or so ago is going to be in the regular line up.

I think they just need a couple more machines. Stamping is done in house with Discmania so they have that covered. It would either be all new molds (so all new flights on everything) or sharing the same molds (doesn't seem feasible) Discmania: we would like to borrow the following tops, bottoms, and strippers for a little while Innova: um no lol Per the Instagram post today it seems to be a long term partnership with some other company. And I'm not thinking small like a shoe/clothes/bag/cart company - that doesn't change the game. Jussi does big. |
Dismania thrower here, so don't take me as someone who doesn't like their products.
But I'm going to call it as just basic marketing, trying to hype something up that really isn't mind blowing. Come on let's not forget our sport here, its dg! |

9,000 S.F. should be big enough for manufacturing, if that's what they are using for it.
I agree with others that their "mystery" is a partnership with another company. It falls on a Valentine's Day, so it would make sense. |
Jussi had on his Instagram stories videoclip where he was visiting Emporio Armani showroom at ISPO trade show. Maybe Discmania is going to be collaboratin with Emporio Armani? Didn't Simon wear Emporios polos last season?
