Why? I'm working my tail off to get there... Just not a ton of popular courses in Michigan or within reasonable driving distance...

Like Jeff sez, people are putting effort into it. Absolutely no reason to make it an "exclusive club" sorta thing with artificial caps or the like, in my opinion.
