If you're looking for a Zero Line Pure replacement for throwing off the tee, keep moving along.

The Swan I have is almost identical in material to Zero Line plastic. I say "almost" because I'm no chemical engineer, but it feels and marks up just like it.

As for profile, the shape of the rim is very, very, very close to a Pure. It has that same angled rim that makes it feel more shallow than what it is. With a blindfold on you would think you're holding the same disc. It's only with close scrutiny that you can see the difference.

I would have never thought it would happen, but I am actually getting more distance off the tee with a Pure than I can with a Wizard. I don't think it has anything to do with the greatness of the disc design or plastic, but instead with me simply getting a better grip on the disc due to the rim size and shape. Easily cleared a pond last week, and over shot a hole yesterday. Not real long or impressive distances, but probably about 230-240' straight as an arrow. A little longer and a little more accurate is a good thing.

No, I was up in Rochester, NY playing a round with chiefstang. Not a huge shot, but it made it easily. I avoid Cedar Hills like the plague. Too crowded, and a farther drive for me than UNC or Buckhorn. Now if I could get clear in my head when to throw my Wizard, Pure and Fuse(s) I'd be all set.

haha, me too. If you look at my Scorebook I haven't played Cedar since March 15th. Much rather make the longer drive out to Zeb and enjoy my round and not worry about people throwing on me. I do need to start playing Buckhorn more. Just need to get some water disc I can use for the water holes so I don't lose any of my babies.

I have problems deciding when to throw my Fuse or Beat Roc. They are very very similar but still have different shot shapes. Lately I have been using my Pures for anything that I hope/expect to go in and a R-Pro Dart for everything else. However just got a Pure to try out just for drives, didn't want to mess up the ones I putt with.

grip line pures for driving is great!

The Grip Lines do indeed hold shape much better. I've lost two less-than-a-week-old Zero Line Pures to insta-taco on wooded drives. :doh:
