Threw the spin 174 R2 2nite, turns right out of the box, holds height better than protons, not sure if it's better yet. Definitely better for long putts with the extra glide, not so much for driving.. Too much turn, missing that healthy fade. I'd have to break in a proton for a few months to get "here" maybe 6 mos. I did manage to find the sucker though.

Changing my mind on the hex, I hope it retains its lss and hss I scared a lot of pins tonight. Finally putting a healthy amount of confidence and power into it. Getting a baby teebird style S as opposed to lasers, it lets me cheat with just a touch of anny and wait for the fade, it also makes for a great FH disc. Very straight with a little fade, very long compared to where I think it will be, very parked. It's also pulling a long but straight turn like my first "beat" ohm with the fade of a freshy

Had some amazing lucky chips with it too where I thought it was farther back than it was and a few times I had no idea it was that parked. Luck over skill there :D

I've never really had a problem finding my S Neutron Oreo Envy... The white rim sticks out more than you'd expect... even after the rim started yellowing from the clay around here.

Hey anyone want to speculate on the value of a wayfarer JC MVP open envy? **** I like the stamp but are they really worth that much?

FWIW I love JC but I hate that bendy volt print.. I can't believe those are going for $60 CAD. Apologies to the artist but that is so not my thing... hippie ass groovy envy is however tempting.

Still working the hex in.... Amazed by the straight FH distance, right into cosmic relay country. Regretting the decision to try an R2 Spin :D I just keep wishing it was an R2 Ohm, I like the plastic but meh, I've got a stack of protons and the turn is much easier to control.

When is the MVP restock coming? I need to spend some money on Entropys and Atoms!!

On a related note I fell to weakness and snagged a very cool orange and yellow Wayfarer JC Envy from the 2021 MVP open... I paid a gross amount of money for it $130 CAD but ****, if I had any colour to choose that would be the unicorn. No biggie I will just dump another 8 trash discs on FB for that wallhanger.

If you’ll pardon my French, is there anything in the MVP universe with the FU left turn of a Prodigy A2? Entropy is about half way there (longer/softer), but the A2 senses when it’s gone 150 or so and lets me know in no uncertain terms that it’s time for the perpendicular. That and a DD3 for the forehand are the holdouts at the moment.

They don’t really have anything that slow that is also OS. Deflector is that OS but it’s a good bit faster IMO.

Have you tried a Nitro or Octane? Those are in the DD3 neighborhood.
