Ok guys, I've been on vacation for a little bit so I let this go a lot longer than I should have!

I would love to see a worlds disc because I want to see it now! Is that already too late? Or do we see those on the day player packs go out? Anyway that is one that could replace probably 2 molds in the bag now.
|
At that point we were too late for the Worlds disc and we had just got done with the European Open. We put all of our effort into that one :)

I am guessing whatever it is being produced for, it is already created! Here's hoping it comes sooner than later! :) It will replace my star firebirds (I will still keep my sexton in the bag) for forehand flex shots. This is the release my bag has been waiting for! (well this and s-line FD2's haha)

Speaking of the mighty Nate Sexton, what do you think of his signature C-LINE DD?

Yes! S FD2!
The S Line is by far my favorite plastic and it's kept me from ordering some of these molds because I can't grip C Line that well.
|
I would recommend you consider giving our new C-LINE a shot. We usually give it a little more grip than other discs of that clarity.

Just want to say that I LOVE the blends of plastic that you guys are creating for the swirly S-line stuff. Not only does it look great, but it's really grippy and durable. More swirl!
Dare I dream it? Swirl PDs?
|
Thank you very much, we really appreciate the kind words. We released the Swirl PD, there's also something else we're adding to the Swirl S-LINE line up coming sometime soonish (hopefully by the end of September).

WUT!? Thanks for killing my wallet, jerk ;)
Edit: All the max weights are gone :( Should I assume that they will be on the Discmania online store at some point?
|
I believe we had some, did you grab one?

do all current CPD2 runs have bubbles in the rim?

Yes, however some of them are harder to see because the plastic is slightly opaque. This is true for DDs and DD2s as well.

Well that's good to know, we might have to make something just to get that $25 :)

Just wanted to shout out to the Discmania store guys again. Their service is awesome. I had a miscommunication about my order yesterday (and it was more my fault than theirs), and they generously made up for it. Super cool folks over there, and they are largely the reason that I throw mostly Discmania.
People occasionally complain about their prices, which are slightly higher than average, but for the service you get plus the in depth description and listing of each run it is well worth it. They will even pick out discs by hand for you if you call them up!
Keep up the good work!

Thank you very much for the kind words :)

Yep their store site, and interaction on this forum are the reason I have switched to mainly DM. No reason not to.

We appreciate it. You guys are the reason we do what we do!

Anyone using the P3 in either D or C plastic? Are they flat, domey, how do they break in? Any comparisons to other overstable fast putters? Thanks!
|
The newest D-LINE or C-LINE P3s are flatter. For our testers we have found them to be very torque resistant and fade a decent amount, this is especially true if you get some air under them. At lower flights it seemed to be more of a laser beam.

Very similar to a suspect from what I hear.

I'm not quite sure of this comparison. I need to get out and throw more often :)

I believe we should have, Let us know if we haven't yet and we'll get on it ASAP.

Had one in C, a little dome, they have a great fade but mine didn't seem to have the HSS of say an envy or zone, it may have been me but it flipped a few times. It is still a nice more stable than a P2 flight
|
It is a putter, so at times too much torque might create the flip.

Is there or has there been any word on another run of P-MD3? The last time I checked the Discmania store only had black ones.

We're working on it, we hear you! (colors coming)

Any "Pro Tips" regarding colors for the regular (non-shield stamp) run of D-P1x? I ordered several from the same run - some red and some white. The red discs have a real nice tacky/grippy feel and are a bit softer. The white discs are noticeably slicker and firmer. I've been using the white discs for a few weeks as main putters and have experienced more chain outs than with any other putter.
I guess a follow-up question would be: is the shield stamp run any different in feel or firmness? I may just try the X-line, but haven't historically liked the feel of concave putters.

The current run is a little more firm than the first runs we released in the winter.
