I believe SilverRider also has an early flat N that is at least as beat as mine, and maybe more so. |

Avairs do fly well though. I agree about the holes in the lineup. MVP does not do understable well at all. Relays and Inertias are exceptions but they are only slightly understable. |
Yea, I tend to agree. If you are going to get an Aviar to beat in, get one of the pro tour series.

Cough cough, proton spin.
And I'll echo the Vertex as a putter, my 174 is very putter like from 60'+. Except the goofy drop on steep downhill, you'd think it will glide but it bites dirt short. |

I don't know if it's the answer to anyone's quest to fill a bag slot, but I just played a round with a 173 Soft Proxy and it has a beautifully straight and glidey flight. Reminds me of the stability of a brand new FR Ion. On a hard rip it had a slight and slow turn. Under 275' it's a pure line holder. It has a bit of dome and hangs in the air better than any other MVP putter I've thrown. On putts and short runs it behaved similarly to my seasoned Electron Atom.
From initial results today it seems to fit perfectly between my Particle and Vertex to round out my putter drivers. I have been so much better lately driving with putters/Vertex than I have with my Axis and Vector that I've been seriously considering dropping them and going from driving putters to slow fairways like Relay/Crave/Pyro/Deflector. |
